If you like him, I'd take him to r2. I wouldn't take him to r3 unawakened. He's not the best champ in the game and sort of needs awakening. I would put those catalysts into other champs that will help you through act 6 and 7. Once r2 and r3 mats become more available to you, I would rank him. If you're like oh he'd be good here here and here, invest. Otherwise wait.

Yeah dude I’m just waiting for 7.3 to drop- might try and 100% 7.2 in the mean time
