Nick fury broken aq bleed path section 2

Ok so this has been months now and i see no information in game on the node. So on the bleed path map 5 section 2 the science and tech far left path. If you take nick in and fight and get down to 1% health he doesnt cycle into his next phase he just stays at 1% and dies. Is there an interaction i am missing here? Does the node trump his sig ability for some reason? Would be cool if devs updated that. But like i said its been a couple months ive noticed it. Super annoying.

    It has heal prevention which counters nick

    The problem is if he do that’s the node kind shuld not stop nick but because there’s isn’t anything nick can remove he wil not helling as said in he sig ability unfortunately the node is to counter nick and probably offer so no bug
