Upupdowndown Sq face difficulty

Face difficulty in new sq is not showing up for me. Is it only doable if you're uc/cav and up? (Im only conqueror, just wanted to look at the quest, didn't really think i could do it.)

Should be there. You just need to be at least Level 12.
