Character disappearing /stops fighting in middle of combo.

This is getting old Kabam, my character dissapears in the middle of fighting. Or just stops doing their combo and not because I've exceeded the limit I mean like 1or 2 blows then they just stop, although I'm still tapping the screen. On a special attack it does nothing but the sound effects or I just dissapear all together. This has cost me several boss fights. I've invested money in this game but have stopped due to the lack of response and help you have provided thus far with the same grievance I have with this game.

    Do you have boosts on? Just finding our today that boosts are making me lose blocks and combos.

    I'm having a lot of issues like 3* 500 heros fighting my 4* 1200 Loki and get half my life taken in battle that is bs it shouldn't have a dmg rating that high at that level.
