Duel target list??

Is there a duel targets list anywhere?? I thought kabam was working on putting something into game where we just type in characters name and it would pull up the duel target for that champ, but not sure if they've ever finished or even did it at all.
If they haven't, I for 1 would love to see this put into the game, an easy and hard duel target for each champion, specially the newer champs for each month cause it would also allow us to practice against certain champs.
