    He's better than you think, especially pared with I think the Hit-Monkey Synergy. From what I've seen on YT, a r3 Rocket Racoon has the fasted Gwenmaster kill lmao and I'm pretty sure he wasn't fighting it with juiced link.

    Granted this was probably done for TB - good call.

    But in top 20/30 ally’s the average number of r3 is now well over 20, so plenty more h to an you think will have him ranked.
