Options when down for emergency maintenance

When you try to log in and the app is down for maintenance, scheduled or emergency, it would be great if the options were more than just Reload, such as Close or Reload.

I thought you were going to try and propose that they give the access to the beta server since they never go down similar to what Brian Grant did.
