Purchased Thronebreaker card but was never given items

As the title says, I purchased it...took my money didn't give me the items. Opened a ticket 8 hours ago and provided support of order and the fact that I can't buy it anymore...says I own it already.

What can I do? Do I just have to wait? I may miss a day on the card

    It was 8 hours ago...I had done everything. Decided to restart phone again...and there it was.

    6 5*, 6* Mole Man from Cavs... 6* OG Black Panther unfortunately from 6*
