Can't decide who to awaken (5*)

I got a 5* awakening gem thanks to last month's events. And while I like each of these champs I'm not sure who to awaken, I'd pretty much make them a part of my quest team if I did. Who should I go with or should I just wait?

It's better to wait for Nick Fury or Aegon. But if you really want to use it right now, use it on Killmonger. He benefits the most out of those three.
