State of the game so far

So, 2 months passed with various issues and it still continues on to this 3rd month, clearly this new game engine is hard to program or to find and solve what went wrong in the transition.
Should Kabam stop the game if it helps fix it?
Should they dump this new game engine?
I love this game and hate to see it as it is so far, i have 2 similar devices and the issues are diferent on both.
Kabam i trust in you guys to do what is needed even if shut down the game for 2 weeks.
Think on the players when you give them any sort of compensation, i personally dont need none, but give what they really lost, potions, units, revives. The challenges are awesome, great game, keep up the good work.

Kabam are building their own rules on top of the game engine that will make the game so much better and will give Kabam more autonomy over products and vendors
Shutting the game down for two weeks isn't going to change anything since they're doing this activity in parallel
Canning it and giving them they time they need will help though
Fixing a program isn't like fixing a car. Every new build is more like a new car that takes the place of the old car. You can both fix the car and keep it running at the same time. Usually will too, unless it'll cause major problems.
But, in the meantime, they could do something—to steal a quote from another thread:
“I feel like they should be throwing the kitchen sink at us to ensure retention, but they have us doing milk runs and fetch quests for spare change instead.” (Credit: @TrashyPanda )
That doesn’t have to be free stuff—I suggested elsewhere (now memory-holed) that making things like L1 pots more available through basic gameplay or even selling them for 20 units would be helpful or running Halls of Healing again. Offer earnable relief.
And if they have anything—literally anything else—in their pipeline that’s interesting, throw it out—please—even if it’s an old quest.
But trying to play through stuff like potluck AW and Mindless Objectives v 2.0 when the game controls fail and the frame rate shifts to juddery Super8 quality isn’t the experience any of us should have. Saying it’s being worked on was fine…a month and a half ago.

[It's like a Prius engine in a Maserati (hence performance issues), need upgrade the 'engine' to be equivalent or up to par with outer shell]
If my understanding is correct, Kabam Broccoli noted that another department in Kabam is trying to develop their own game engine (but he can neither confirm or deny its existence) that would make it easier for the development team to add, append, and correct any foreseeable game glitch or bugs
[Kabam working on their own faster more efficient game engine and maybe have their own game servers in house]
If I am wrong in my understanding in Kabam Broccoli statement, please add the correct information below in your post. Thanks.
They also can't roll anything back because the game engine update comes from Unity who owns the game engine. Much like the game itself, they don't keep older versions of the game engine. Kabam doesn't keep the older versions of the game. It's all rewritten when they update each month.
But hey, continue to lob unfounded claims without doing any research. 👍
