Either Shang or Nick.

Stealthy is also an option if you enjoy him, as he would be my personal rank 3 out of this bunch

If you have a personal favorite that you want to rank up I would go for them. If you don’t NF, Shang, kingpin, and stealthy are all good options. I personally wouldn’t do Aegon because he’s going to be harder to max sig and he’s easier to ramp up as a 5*

Are you running Suicides? Can't tell if the r3 options are the ones with level up arrows or the ones already at 16k pi. If it's all shown then Fury, Shang chi or Aegon.

If it's the ones with the arrows then kingpin or hit monkey.

Just wait. Supposedly Thor rags is getting buffed in Oct. You could be getting a double win if you save and his buff is good. Good champ and good prestige bump

Took my BWDO to Rank 3 as my first skill and I don't regret it at all. Hit monke could be pretty fun, as would Elsa and Stealthy. If you really want to go rogue, take up Taskmaster. I know some people think he is pretty underrated.

Also, to those saying the "obvious" choices of Nick, Aegon, or Shang-chi, I am pretty sure they are already at R3. Major props for taking up Ronin though, wish I could pull him as a 6* champ.

Nope. You can tell by the arrows that Shang Chi is in fact the only r3. His arrow is the lowest and its the only logical reason his PI unduped would be higher than numerous duped r3s. I would r3 Ronin btw.
