So I accidentally restarted 5.2.6 cyclops challenge at Groot (3/4 through), I’ve submitted a ticket in hopes that Kabam will take mercy on me. Is it safe to do AQ or just leave game off for a few hours?

Well they did put a friend back on track for doing the same thing so it’s always worth a try. Worst they say no and I’m out 10 revives, not the end of the world but I’m bored of using Cyclops already without going for round two

So Kabam support got back to me on this, took a couple hours which is fair enough as I sent my request in the middle of the night for them.

I’m happy to say that they have put me back where I was in the quest, with full health too! We all see the posts where Kabam haven’t helped X, Y and Z so in the interest of transparency, here’s a big positive.

For those who are wondering, it does say in their support page that they will help if you make a mistake like taking a wrong path in a ‘special’ quest like the Gauntlet, Carina, AoL.

So thanks ‘Hatcher’, have a good one mate.
