I don't have the game open right now so please forgive me if this isn't worded exactly correctly for what it says in the game.
For Professor X's synergies there is one that says something like it increases mutant special attack damage by 25% per cerebro charge. Other than the amount of the increase how is this different than the synergy that AA has with some mutants that says it increases the attack rating of mutants' landed hits in a special by 12%? The difference in the wording confuses me but it seems like it might be the same effect just different percentages obviously.
Also for the effect that says it increases AA's bleed potency by 30% what exactly does potency encompass? Is it the bleed duration, bleed damage and bleed chance? Is it all of those, only some of them, or something else also?
