War node 25 stun immune?

in Bugs and Known Issues
Just fought an apocalypse on node 25 (footloose and kinetic transfer) and he was stun immune. I don't mean parry was off l, I mean it actually popped up an "immune" notification when trying to parry him. Same happened to another guy in my ally on that fight before I went in to finish. He was using doom and I used colossus (also, no slow from slow your roll attack tactic).

    Because he had 3+ charges.... he becomes stun immune at 3+ charges.

    If you use a mutant against apocalypse he gets an extra charge and will be stun immune. And when your ally mate fight him second, he would keep that stun immune charge. This is common knowledge.

    Alliance mate fought him with doom first.
