P2 AQ765x5 alliance looking for officer after season

It’s a bit early to make this post but since it takes a while for officers to decide to change alliances might as well.
Our alliance is war-focused, we are a very solid P2 with a chance of P1 (reached P1 before)
AQ is secondary but we aim for decent rewards with minimum effort. Three BGs do various levels of difficulty, BG1 77777, BG2 66666 and map 5 in BG3. AQ groups are based on availability of our members. Weekly AQ score is over 435M, should be ~ top 500 in rank. Last week was rank 538 but we will adjust modifiers to get a slightly higher score and reach top 500.
Wars are very organized with detailed planning of all counters. We don’t die much, the overall skill level of our members is very high. We value skill above all.
The alliance has adult members with jobs, we respect everyone’s time and try to accommodate different timezones in a way that doesn’t make the game a burden.
We are looking for an officer for one of our BGs who will be in charge of war attack planning (not defense, just the attack plan for one BG). That requires being available to make the attack plan in the first few hours after the war starts + extensive knowledge of counters + tier 1-2 experience + officer experience.

Requirements:
Officer experience - should be an officer in their current alliance or have screenshots of being an officer before
Experience with planning of war attack
12k+ prestige (can make exceptions for prestige but in any case not lower than 11.5k)
Versatile skilled player with tier 1-2 experience
Able to clear paths without dying
Diverse roster, readiness to rank up champs for attack and defense
War videos (if available)
Good communication
18+ years old
