Have not received AW rewards

I have not received AW rewards . And I have joined more then 5 wars since joining and did one war the last season .

there haven't even been five wars this season not to mention the season is still going. rewards come at the end. not when you do five wars.

Check your wars tab, it shows you how long the season is. Eligibility for season rewards is based on wars fought within season only, needing that 5 war threshold within season

Hey there, in order to be eligible for rewards, you need to have done 5 wars with the alliance since joining them last. If you leave the alliance for any reason, that count is reset . I haven't left the alliance since until now after new season started .

There was a message that was posted from kabam there won't be any minimum participation for season rewards . So thereby I mean I joined war once or twice for last season but I have played more then 5 wars over the course of 5 months since I've been with alliance .

I don't think you're making much sense.

Are you talking about the rewards from the last War that you complete? Like the rewards that you get for winning or losing? Shards/Loyalty, etc?

Or are you talking about SEASON rewards? Like the bunch of shards and rank up materials that you get after each AW Season?

Yeah I'm talking about season rewards from previous season not the current season.

In the Kabaam Quote you used above, they are saying you have to have fought in 5 wars DURING THAT SEASON to receive SEASON awards.

When they say 'since you joined last', they are talking about cases where someone might fight 4 wars for their alliance, leave the alliance for a week, and then re-join that same alliance and fight in 1 more war before the end of the season. That person would not receive rewards because they had to have fought in 5 wars since they last joined the alliance.

The key point here is that you must fight in 5 wars for your alliance DURING THE AW SEASON to receive AW SEASON rewards.

You didn't do enough wars in the last season.

You say you did 2 wars last season, and have done 5 wars in total since you joined that alliance 5 months ago. That's not enough.

You need to do 5 wars in ONE AW season, to get the rewards. Those rewards will be for that season ONLY.

I can see why you might have got confused by that 2020 post. It should have said that as long as you've done 5 wars, since you rejoined AND if they were in 1 aw season, then you'd get the rewards.

That message was specific to a season that was canceled after 2 or 3 wars. That is not usually the case. You need to be in 5 wars.

Yeah, not the case anymore. Do 5 wars in a season otherwise no rewards for you from that season.

Like @MrSakuragi said above, that was ONLY for that one season that had issues. We've had season since then that ALL required a 5 war minimum.

The one war requirement was seasons ago (I believe season 27?). It was because the season ended early due to ongoing issues.
