Knull Special Side Quest Question

Not a rant post, need some info!

For the special side quest, the one with the summoned symbiote, how leveled up will he have to be?

If I am correct you can only take him in the quest correct?

I know it’s a new event and a lot is going on today with the game. Thanks for any an all help.

He needs to be ranked enough to beat the boss Knull having PI of 2,000 up to 70,000
