Legends run cutoff time september/October 2021

With the current laggy state of the game on almost everyone's device, what do you guys think the current cut-off is for a legends title? I've seen a lot of people recently getting it with times close to 3:30 which used to be nowhere near enough last year.
Thinking of doing one next month.

    I am curious to find out what my time is and where I placed on the leader board for this. It was my try at it.
