TB Klyntar Katalyst vs UC

I have two accounts, my main is TB and my alt is UC. Both are in the same spot with Octobers side quest with my Summoned Symbiote. Today I noticed that my max Klyntar Katalyst on my TB account is 120 whereas my UC account is 96. Does this mean that at the end I won’t be able to max rank my UC Symbiote as I won’t be able to hold enough KKs to rank him that last level?
