Further clarification on the September events.

So, I thought the whole September shenanigans were over with, but there's a few people in my alliance who completed an entire string of objectives last month (they sent a photo for confirmation), and still didn't receive the Summoned Symbiote or the October objectives. Two of them have submitted tickets to Kabam, and got a response back saying they needed to complete all the objectives.

Did the requirements for October stuff change somewhere along the way without an in-game mail? The fact that people are locked out of an entire month, despite doing what they were supposed to do to gain access is bad enough. Worse that they either are being told incorrect information by Kabam support, or the requirements changed.

Anyone have this happen to anyone else, and know of any way to help?

Some in my alliance haven’t gotten anti-venom and symbiote for more than 24 hours after completing the final September objective. But it eventually came.
