In the official thread in the forum, there is no release date nor time.
The date I managed to get from in-game mail, which said 13th of October, but no time was given?

It's just that everything goes live at 10AM pst, so people just think this was unnecessary.

The bugged version comes out at 10 PST i believe, and it will probably be fixed some time after.

7.2 was supposed to release at the normal.time but was delayed 2.25 hours I believe. I'd have to go back to the LiveStream I was in to double check but I hope 7.3 is released on time which is 10am PST.
