Did not receive anti venom or my symbi

Been playing the game for about six years now and up in the last month was just a little upset about your characters that I have constantly kept getting but still faithful to the game but this last month your summon symbi ot and anti venom were given back but I did not receive mine and I'm not able to go in and finish the September thing if I haven't finished it so how am I supposed to get my characters if I can't get in and finish the event that I thought was already finished

Yes, you can still finish the "September thing." You need to complete all objectives for a ONE difficulty (proven, conqueror, cavalier, etc). The objectives are still active.

As the others have said, the September and October objective will be around till the end of the month so you can still finish them.

But seriously, can the mods please put a big banner on top clarifying the event so there aren't multiple posts a day on this?
