After throwing my l3 he entered his wounded phase but he wasn't stunned. He was attack me and everything.

Hmmm fancy that. Ensnare Debuff on him, which causes Ability Accuracy Reduction. I agree with you it’s bugged but people won’t listen. Do not use ANY AAR on Kang.

No one is grasping their phone and biting their fingernails eagerly viewing forum posts hunting for bugs.
Usually players learn about bugs by experiencing them first hand. Then they come and ask questions. They don’t search dozen of posts hoping to find and answer.
