Getting "your quest energy is full" message but the energy is not full

I keep getting the quest energy full message but my energy is not full yet.
Is this a bug?
I only run 1 account on this phone so no question of the energy being full in the 2nd account.
Please take a look at this.

"Your quest energy is full get back in the fight". And since I'm not in any alliance that leaves only one kind of energy.

Hi, I think the Devs/Support will need additional information to troubleshoot this one.

Here's a suggested list of info that could help:

Firstly, is the issue related to notifications on your phone?
Which type of phone and what OS version is it running is it?
After clearing the notification does it reappear?
How long does it take to reappear?
Is there any particular action that you perform just before the notification appears? (Eg switch on WiFi/data, run any particular app)
Can you supply a screenshot of the notification along with an in-game screenshot? (If you can, please do)
