Better science r3 ihulk, Ibom, or she hulk

I have a r3 decision and torn, I think Ibom is the better champ by small margin but I have him at sig 200,r5. That said, who will be the better rank up to join torch and capIW as r3 #15

I woule go for Ihulk but many people will say She Hulk but i do not play her yet cause not much suicide friendly champ for me 😅

I have an r3 ihulk, and..... he is meh. Fun to use dont get me wrong, but I dont see too much utility in him. Ibom on the other hand, is insanely useful. Ive used my r5 in war a lot, and taken down t2 r3 mojo bosses with his abilities. Ibom is awesome.

EDIT: After ibom, i also se a YJ and SG there. They are sick r3s as well.
