Is venom the duck still good and useful at this point in the game?

Just completed cosmic horror and opened a 6* VTD. I know he’s considered pretty good but I want to know, is he worth ranking up and playing at this point in the progression of the game? If it’s helpful I’ll post my cosmic roster below. Thanks.

I think he's solid for incursions. Get a few fury buffs and pick fury boosts. Deadly

He's awesome for those huge armor nodes cause his toxic armor will ruin them. But apart from that his ramp up is quite slow and there are better cosmics overall. I have a rank 5 but I haven't used him for months, just sits on aw defense for me for diversity.

I've always loved VTd.its pretty slow with him initially so u got to be patient but after 2-3 fights he can carry u thru alotta stuff.my MVP for chapter 6 and now he is r3 as a 6* and again mvp for book 2.bu depends on u.Im a very patient guy so he fits my playstyle quiet well
