7.3.4 Havok feedback and plasma debuffs are not debuffs

I always try to use havok to counter havok and in this lane I was more concerned about keeping the paradox low because of the high number of debuffs that my havok would have placed.
To my surprise both feedback and plasma do not count has debuffs and do not generate paradox charges.
This is the node in question :
I tried again against ghost and got the same results. No paradox charges.
That havok is already very difficult to counter, I will have to do with warlock but seems quite difficult to beat. Please have a look and fix it.
