Champs needing to be refreshed twice

I have a problem where my champions need to be refreshed a twice by my alliance before i can use them again. Is this something that someone else has a problem with?

Had this problem last night.

Asking for “help” is tedious enough so this makes it that much more if a chore. For all the quality of life changes made in the past 18 months, getting rid of “help” would be a huge positive change for anyone who does the arena.
