I’m trying to see why I r3’d up my ultron and his rating went down as soon as I ranked him up.. now I’ve put 6 levels on him, and it’s still not back to where it went down from..

once you get him to a high enough level, it’ll be back and go higher, once he hits 3/45 it will be higher than before.

Can’t remember exactly what the explanation for the pi going down was
