Well I just found a rather Fascinating Bug...

Seems to work on All Star Ratings too, as well it actually calculates all the Debuff Damage according to that 1 Attack.

If you go into your Champion Roster, select a Single Star Rating in the Filter, then scroll all the way to the bottom where your Last Available Champion is before you start having the "Unobtained Champions", click on your Last "Owned Champion", access their Info, and lastly click the Arror to move to the Next Champion Info on the Right Side. You can seemingly do this across all your "Unobtained Champions", nothing Crazy just a funny Calculation Bug.

    Can also use the “backward arrow” from looking at your 1st champ too. Scrolls around to the bottom of your grayed/unowned champs (shows the -1 stat) and can continue Next-Prev thru all those grayed out champs.

    Normally, if starting from one of those grayed unowned champs, the Back/Fwd arrows do not exist. But panning into them, the arrows remain available.

    Yeah if you start on an Unopened Champion it'll bring up the Unowned Info that let's you flip through all it's Star Ratings, which skips over the Bug.
