When will Doctor Voodoos L2 Power Burn damage be updated/fixed?

Currently a 3* Voodoo's power burn damage is the same as a 5*'s. I assume this is true of a 6* Voodoo as well...I really want him as a 6* and was going to buy some Voodoo Cav Crystals, but it occurred to me that his l2 wont scale. His damage is impressive as a 3* - but as a 5* its lagging quite a bit. As a 6* he probably will only be useable vs non-poison immune champs with lots of buffs...Shame because he is probably one of my favorite champs to play in MCOC.
