Unable to buy units!

I am unable to purchase anything in the game. Recently in the week I purchased some crystals, but now I can't. The money charges to my card and then is refunded a time later.
I searched the error code and cleared my cache and data, along with restarting my phone. This is an Android phone. I'll attach a screenshot too.
This may be on my end, but the errors say, "something happened on our end."
Any help would be appreciated
