Artifacts from Side Quests Past

I was looking through my inventory and I found these pesky things from an old side event.

I have no recollection of what they were
or why I wouldn’t use them, but I’d assume it was from one of the first few months that I played. Got me thinking, what kind of items does everyone still have from old side quests?

Those were from a MODOK side quest I think. They gave us a **** load of them, and I didn’t use any lol

and the sinister labs, and all the other past event quests just like them

I still have like 10 mutant treasure island keys

Buff Reroll's (dice) are used whenever they run “Labs” as side quest (random buffs, which can be rerolled to try for an easier buff if you don’t like what was on a node initially when entering a Lab).

You can easily get more when they do them, but if any leftover from before at least you can use them early on right away if needed.

So not like the “one event and done” treasure island keys.
