Special 2 bias node in war

Is there a difference between these nodes or is this a typo? They’re both currently on the war map.

    The first reduces the chance a special 1 is thrown meaning you’ll have to focus on baiting special 2s.

    The second, the special 2 has an increased chance to be used but that doesn’t affect the special 1s chance like the first. You’ll have an easier time baiting once they hit two bars.
