Kabam's Quest Menu Rewards Contradiction

As a thronebreaker with a ton of champions to upgrade, I rely on my iso income on the duplication of 4*s. The 4* crystals cost 2k shards apposed to 10k, making the crystals relatively easy to obtain. So when I see 4* shards listed as a reward, I always play for them to get my iso.

With this being said, the side quest for this month (as typical) shows 3* shards and 4* shards as possible rewards on the quest menu. In which I have a screenshot so that it is clearly listed. The shards are the very first thing you see when choosing this difficulty.

However here in the second picture where the full rundown of all rewards possible are shown, there are absolutely no 4* shards listed at all, nor are there even any to be picked up on the paths. Instead the rewards for this difficulty (Master) is a skimpy amount of 5* shards (and only if you 100% it). This same thing happens with the heroic difficulty featuring the 3* shards. In which you instead receive 4* shards.

While this doesn't crash the game, or furthermore matter much in the scheme of things, this is something that has slipped through the cracks of finalization and reflects on Kabam as a sloppy company. Do not advertise one thing and then present a completely different thing once you've clicked into it. I understand that this menu setup where it shows the pictures of the shards is just a rinse and repeat menu that has been reused for years. But if it doesn't correlate with the quest itself, there should be more thought and effort going into the setup.

Someone else had already mentioned this some days ago, although didn’t really see anybody else caring about it enough to contribute to that discussion (oh no, they are giving higher level shards than what the picture says).

Rather than the Main Quest Pic indicating exactly what the rewards are (you can see them exactly within the Rewards Details screen), I believe it is a general representation of the summoner level/progression/skill involved with each difficulty.

Similar to calling the Feature Hero Arena a “Feature” when in those alternating weeks it really isn’t a new champ (it is a re-run of an existing champ), is just indicating that the Points, etc, are still the same as what they are when the real new champs are in there, so still called a Feature Arena.

If you showed the Side Quest pic as 4* / 5* / 5* / 6* for the difficulties, then wouldn’t newer players just be confused by seeing 2 different levels advertised as basically the same strength of quest (and then be surprised when Epic turns out to be too much for them after they easily did Master, even though both are listed as 5* quests) ? That's why they still classify them as 3/4/5/6.

Maybe they should just remove the “potential rewards” wording from being above the shards graphic.
