I purchased the grandmaster nexus crystal with the disney+ free month subscription, but when I attempt to redeem my code, this is what I got… @Kabam Miike or anyone else, help would be appreciated…

Before you reach this stage, there is an option to enter your IGN and your email ID. Your redemption code will be sent to your email.
For those thinking that chair will work, you may be disappointed.
