Does Name change Token really work ?

I don't know why it's not happening
I want to change my name VeNoMaRT and waited for Units and when I try it after I spent 275 for name token it's not happening
And it's showing like this name already taken
But I couldn't find any other ID with such name and still have no Idea why it's showing like that.
Then what's the use of that Name change Token and why it showed be 275 Units price when you can't change your name with whatever you want if the name doesn't exist.
Seriously is it worth it to purchase if it doesn't work
