ONLY TWO CHAPTERS IN ACT 3!!!!(From what I know there were supposed to be 4 chapters in Act 3) HELP!

Here is the picture of what I meant from the title.

As you can see it has only 2 chapters. let my know if you guys fixed it. I will give you my information when you guys need it.

It has been announced a bazillion times, act 1-4 were reworked and now there are only 2 chapters in act 3
