New champion 'Forest Guardian' ???

Just got a notification on my phone about a new champ called Forest Guardian. Said something about collecting Groot's seedlings too.

Went in game, nothing. Assuming this is a bug / something pushed out much earlier than intended.

Didn't manage to snap a screenshot, but did anyone else get the same notification?
