Bwdo vs torch damage

Apart from increnate immunity torch and bwdo are very similar in terms of dots and overall damage !!
Is bwdo still worthy for a rank 3 or no ? She don't have any immunities but she is like a skill version of torch ..
But I wish kabam should give something in her kit because skill champ are known for debuff shrugging .. I hope kabam will buff her and whenever we intercept with her she has a chace to shrugg off debuffs per insight !!! That would be nice
