I was thinking rhulk since he is duped. I have 5* capiw and torch at r5 sig 200. I can also wait, I already have 6 r3's.

Torch is absolutely insane at R3 compared to R5 but if you don’t feel the need for him go for Rhulk. Both are great options and you’ll definitely get more science T5CC in the future.

depends what you need, if you need more mystic/pure dmg-torch
stops unstoppable, stops regen and power gain sp2 and builds up dmg fairly quickly-shehulk
poison flame immune with energy dmg -rulk
they all have more to their kit i know but thats the basics most people rank them for.

I’d do Torch because he’s so useful everywhere. I maxxed my 5 star after I had a 6sr3. I’ve brought them both on paths so I can use their prefight more times.
