Need clarification on mcoc quitting CN from kabam

the in-game announcement regarding mcoc quiting CN from 4th Dec. what exactly does it means?

no cn players can login from then on ? what about via proxy ?

why did this happen? how long it gonna last?

all those CN players who've been investing in this game by spending just can't access their accounts anymore all of sudden ? how's that fair ?
