Mainly for @DNA3000 ; your calculation wasn't too far off.
Against an un-noded Medusa, using the new Max 6* in AQ, medium crit damage from 5/65 Diablo, running full suicides and 3/5 MD, 4/5 precision, 5/5 cruelty was:
5/50 4 star: 4496 damage
5/65 5 star: 4357 damage
5/65 6 star: 4017 damage
I'll try to find some others to capture some basic hits too, as this is intriguing!
