Tech support send button

sometimes people can't send answer to the tech support only because button is not active - any tap or click on it doesn't do anything..

maybe you should update whole way how to write to the tech support since game has moved on other domain?

it's not a problem in one person - it's pretty wide problem, many players can't send tickets to TS from any browser, any version, any time of day.

So, i've made some tests and find out that sendbutton don't work if site is on russian - is that a joke? or just a measure to prevent russian community to send messages to tech support?
what is the point for that?
