Basically Mephisto gets +1 soul as a synergy Morningstar +1 power bar as a synergy They only show both on each because they are tied to each other. But since they are tied to each other they put the description in that the synergy can only happen 1x and not multiple times. It actually makes sense and isn't a waste of a spot at all for synergy.

Of course they are tied to each other. It's a "synergy". That's exactly my point. You can't have a synergy without both of them in your party, so the fact that both have an active synergy (blue color and not greyed out) but only 1 counts, means that it's a waste.

How is it a waste? Its how synergy works lol.

It's the only unique synergy in the game that is listed on both of the synergizing characters, so it is a wasted synergy slot on one of them that could have been used for something else.

Even if they don't replace it with a different synergy it is a wasted of data to have on both if nothing else.

Iceman gets incinerate damage in LOL, Blade doesn't trigger danger sense on Magik in LOL, this game is the most inconsistent game out there so I don't understand why you expect consistency?

I completely agree with you on that, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't at least point things out the forum. There is also a lack of consistency of moderators answering posts that really should be answered. When things like this that are 100% inconsistent to the rest of the game we should expect an explanation/answer.
