Electra is by far the best ability accuracy reducing champion and has a really good crit rate but with the current situation of the game, I guess we need an even more powerful kit for her. Here is a suggestion:-
1. Increased debuff duration.
2. Passive -100% ability accuracy against science champions.
3. The only champion who can bypass immunity to ability accuracy reduction and bring it to -50% to be fair to those champions.
4. Ability to apply passive armor break on basic hits and covert it into armor shatter at 5-7 armor breaks and consume those armor breaks to remove debuffs.
5. Gains a non stacking fury buff on successful intercept increasing attack rating by 50%.
