R3 rank up debate: Science champions

I have a R3 Torch.
Unfortunately I keep getting T5 Science Shards and now I have a fully formed T5 Science Catalyst. I'm not sure which next science champions I should Rank up to R3. I've listed all my science champions below. Can you please vote and tell me the reason? Please help me.

Any of them duped? Between Shehulk and Ihulk IMO. Shehulk has access to slow and taunt via heavy and furies respectively. Ihulk, the damage you can quickly bust through some difficult matchups. You may have to practice with him as he requires some skill and understanding but worth it.

lots of people been sleeping on him. added bonus, nice synergies with HT that you already have at R3.
