Which 2015 skill champion to use 3-4 gem on?

None of these would likely even be rank 4 worthy if not for the gem. Which is the best of the lot?

I've used one on Black Panther after he got his buff and I'll be using another one on Hawkeye. I haven't tested out HE yet so I can't really say how good or bad he is, but given the uncertainty regarding his sig ability and how it scales, I'll have to give it to BP for now.

Save it. See which of them gets the best buff. Then use it accordingly

OG BP/ HE are both decent choices since they have been reworked. Hope to see some of those other champs get a quality buff at some point, too.
