Is Vision Aarkus broken or bug ???

Hey folks
I'm heavily thinking of 5/65-ing my aarkus.but something is bothering my mind. I have look back at recent threads and it seems that kabam is not responding or either the problem or not has been fixed but I seems not be able to find the thread.
As it says in the description
If Aarkus was Ard suffering from AB/AS, this attack will deal bonus energy damage..
As you can see from the video.. the first AS was replaced from the initial 10 AB..this the potency is greater. But as I do a 2nd special 2, the current AB which has 10 potency were replaced by a new AB which has 1 potency and and 2nd stack of AS lasting only 5 second.. is this intended.. from my understanding the current AB/AS should not be even replaced by the 2nd special 2 AB/AS..
OR am I not understanding or missing anything. I do hope the pros here or kabam look into this. As I understand bugs are everywhere and I definitely do not want to waste my resources.

While the armor shattered is active I personally go for a special 3 to get the fury and then special 1s for the spicy big boy damage
1st cast of special 2.. with 10 AB = 1 AB/ 1 AS that last for 50 seconds..since 1 ab replaced is 5 seconds..
So is this intended by kabam that during this 50 seconds it's not even advisable to spam another special 2? Because if another special 2 is inflicted to opp, it will only consumed 1 AB and inflict another stack of AS that last for 5 sec.
So the damage from the subsequent special 2 deals low damage as the potency of the AS is only from 1 AB? Compared to the initial AS that has the potency of 10 AB?
