Revamp the catalyst event quest

Would you guys consider taking another look at this? Blowing 60+ energy on the hard quest and coming out with a quarter of a t3 cat is not an appealing proposition. Can the hard event guarantee a cat for 100% completion. I feel this needs to fall more in line with progression. 3 and 4 stars should be much easier to rank at this point in the game.
